The member will be able to access the different trading styles of Rupiz Compare as mentioned above with the same username and password.

As a member, you agree to remain bound by these terms and for as long as you remain a Member or unless the company terminates, suspends or otherwise limits access to the website.

Business entities are not eligible to become members of Rupiz Compare.

2. Charges

Users acknowledge that the Company reserves the right to charge membership fees and/or subscription fees for the services availed through the use of the website. The Company also reserves the right to change the fees, with or without prior notice, from time to time at its discretion. User agrees and accepts that the fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.

3. Accuracy of Information

All members of Rupiz Compare are required to provide true and accurate information with regards to their account information and any/all interaction with Rupiz Compare and its advertisers and merchants. Rupiz Compare will not be responsible or liable to the member in any regard, if the address provided by the member is incorrect or the change in address in not intimated.

Rupiz Compare will make endeavours to ensure that the information present on the website are updated and are provided live from the advertiser’s, merchant’s server and other third parties; however, Rupiz Compare does not guarantee that all information (particularly those provided by third parties and merchants etc) are accurate. Rupiz Compare will endeavour to update the website with any new information as soon as it becomes available to keep the contents of the website as accurate as possible.

4. Reward Points
As a member of Rupiz Compare, which is a rewardable site, you are rewarded with redeemable Points. The redeemable Points may be offered to members when they use our site, including but not limited on Joining, referral, writing reviews, playing contests, or wherever it is specifically mentioned as such. However, at present the points are not available on purchasing of any products.

The user has to maintain a minimum balance of 50 points for redemption. However, the minimum balance may vary from time to time at the sole discretion of the company, and according to the method of redemption For instance: If a user has 120 points in his account, he can only redeem 70 points as there has to be a minimum balance of 50 points to be maintained at any given point of time. There’s no minimum / maximum limit of redemption. Customer can redeem his points to play featured contests, voice, video minutes etc. Information about such programs will be updated from time to time. The member would be rewarded with such redeemable Points, as mentioned on the website on the date of transaction.

When the member gets itself registered with Rupiz Compare, he/she will receive a welcome email. The member must press the ‘Validate link’ or “Activate link” provided in the welcome email to activate his account. The member will also receive the redeemable Points when he activates his email id by following the said procedure.

It is important to note that the member would be eligible for the redeemable Points only when a member logs into the website and participates in any activity which entitles him / her for any points.

Points earned are reported against your account on our website, with a status of either "Pending", or "Awarded". Points may only be redeemed once they attain a status of "Awarded"(i.e. when the criteria for points earning is fulfilled) or as specifically mentioned on the website.

We reserve the right to limit the redemption of specific rewards available to Member while Member remains inactive and also limit the number of rewards available at any particular point-spending level. Points will be subtracted from the Member's account once the reward is availed. In conjunction with redeeming Points for rewards, the Member agrees to confirm that all information in the Member's personal profile is up-to-date and accurate.

We, at our sole discretion, reserve the right to freeze your account or to stop awarding you further points, in case it comes to our knowledge that you have adopted any fraudulent measures in earning those points or for any other reason.

5. Sign up Bonus
All members would be automatically eligible for the sign up bonus. The sign up bonus would be immediately credited to the member’s account on signing in to one of the trading styles of Rupiz Compare. The member cannot claim for sign up bonus by signing into more than one trading styles of Rupiz Compare. The member is eligible for only one sign up bonus for all Rupiz Compare’s websites.

6. Refer A Friend
You are able to earn redeemable points every time you refer a friend to our website. However, that point will only be credited in your account after he/she has earned a redeemable point of not less than 200 points from Rupiz Compare.

If a member refers his/her one friend to more than one trading styles of Rupiz Compare then he is entitled to the redeemable point on only the first referral made to us and not on the subsequent ones.

7. Payment Schedule:
Members need to send a request to Rupiz Compare to redeem the rewardable points. The request can be made through the facility provided in the member’s account area on the website. There are different thresholds to redeem the points by the member through different means.

Rupiz Compare reserves the right to not reward any points to any member whose account becomes dormant, is terminated for any reason whatsoever or for any other reason at its sole discretion..

At times we organize contest, events, competitions etc. (Promotions) through our website. Those promotions shall be governed by the specific terms contained therein along with these terms of use.

The Promotions may run for a limited period, and Rupiz Compare reserves the right to discontinue the promotion without any reason and without incurring any liability on its part.

15. Dormant Accounts/Termination of Accounts
An account will be deemed as a dormant account if the member has not logged into it for 6 months or more. To keep an account from being a dormant account, members are advised to log into their account at least once every 6 months. Rupiz Compare reserves the right to terminate any dormant account without any notice.

Rupiz Compare may, at any time, terminate a member’s membership with or without cause or notice. Grounds of termination may include but not be limited to suspected fraud, not adhering to the terms and conditions of the website etc. The termination of a membership will be in the sole discretion of Rupiz Compare and its decision will be final and binding. In case a member’s account becomes dormant or is terminated for any reason, any redeemable points in the account will be forfeited.

In case a fraudulent transaction is detected, your account at the site will be terminated with immediate effect. We will not be liable to redeem any rewardable points in such accounts. Relevant merchants define fraudulent activities, we can appeal on behalf of our users but the merchant’s decision will be final and binding. If the Company, at any time, comes to know that any of the services is used for any other purpose other than as mentioned above, it will, at its sole discretion suspend and or terminate your account, with or without notice. 16. Security of Accounts
At the time of joining the membership of Rupiz Compare, a user will be required to register using a combination of username and password. This will be the sole identification of the member and will be required at the time of availing any services or redeeming the points or in any other reasons, as specifically mentioned.

It is the member’s responsibility to keep the username and password secure. The account holders should not disclose their username and passwords to any unauthorised person as any individual logging in with the correct username and password will have complete access to that particular account.

Access to your membership account at Rupiz Compare is protected by your username and password. Rupiz Compare will never release these details to third parties. In case any member forgets her/his username and/or password, s/he may use the ‘password reminder’ facility to request for the username/password.

Rupiz Compare will not be liable for any activity in the member’s account which arises out of a member not keeping their username/password secure.
